Faith is also one of our associate facilitators. She is an exceptional communicator with an unrivalled ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and is resilient towards achieving set targets. She has a passion to play a role in societal transformation by facilitating forums which enhance awareness, discussions and deliberations on issues relevant to society. She has wide experience in training on personal as well as organisational development in Eastern Africa and Europe.

She has also attended a one year course in leadership: Maximizing one’s potential, success and failure, developing the leader within you, developing the leaders around you, Character development, Finances, Strategic planning and Personal growth with the Leadership Training Institute.

Faith holds a Bachelors Degree in International Business Administration with a Concentration in Management, minor in Psychology and holds an Executive Masters in Organisation Development from USIU.
Pamela Yoga-Yieke - Facilitator
Pamela Yoga-Yieke - Facilitator

Pamela is an experienced trainer, facilitator, coach and management consultant, who has worked with diverse groups in the Corporate, N.G.O., and Government sectors for over 18 years. She has been an associate facilitator with Training Solutions Limited for the past two years and has been facilitating Presentation Skills; Training of Trainers; Leadership and Management; amongst other in house courses.

Pamela’s area of expertise is Self Development and Organizational Performance Improvement programs (behavioral & attitude change programs).

Pamela believes that as participants realize the power of attitude, they become more successful in their endeavors and their performance is greatly enhanced. That is why even though her educational background is banking, she has embarked on a journey that will see her qualify as an industrial psychologist.
 
Pamela loves to spend time with her 15 year old daughter Tess. Her hobbies include, reading, watching and listening to motivational material; listening to gospel music and watching sports.
Benjamin Kamoye - Facilitator
Benjamin Kamoye - Facilitator

Benjamin Kamoye is an accomplished trainer and facilitator in leadership and public governance matters. He has trained over three hundred leaders on different subjects such as Teamwork, Effective Communication, The Laws of Leadership, Etiquette, Interpersonal Skills among many others.  He has also contributed heavily in the development of training materials on Change Management, Servant Leadership, Mentoring, Presentation Skills, to name a few.

His pleasant personality coupled with outstanding communication skills, posture and a mix of innate creative abilities enable him to customize role plays for different courses. This blend has endeared him to his audience as he delivers the message with great impact during outdoor team building exercises as well as indoor sessions.

Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Governance and studied Business Management for his Undergraduate. He has also attended other short courses. An astute entrepreneur, he is known for his business acumen and street wise wits. He has been featured as an entrepreneur in one of the dailies and was one of the finalists in the Entrepreneur Africa Show.
 
Benjamin is married to Edith and together they have a son, Tylon.
Isaac-Newton Onyango - Facilitator
Isaac-Newton Onyango - Facilitator

Isaac is one of our associate facilitators. He facilitates both the Finance courses/programs Non- Finance Managers and Personal Financial Management. He is a qualified accountant with over 13 years’ experience over half of which was acquired at KPMG.

Outside the office, Isaac is an ardent footballer. His striking prowess has been described as similar to that of the greats of old including Pele.

Simon Kimuri - Facilitator
Simon Kimuri - Facilitator

Simon Kamuri is one of our associate facilitators specifically focusing on Experiential Team Building. Simon is married and has three daughters. He has been a facilitator with TSL for the past 7 years.

Outside the office, Kamuri has a passion for environmental conservation, outdoor adventures and youth development. He is often involved in training youth in these areas on voluntary basis. He is an active member of his local community and is an elected secretary to local welfare group in his Nairobi residence. He is an active member of ACK St. Joseph of Arimathea church.
 
His current interests are in studying innovation management and developing entrepreneurship skills amongst youth and business practitioners. His one ambition is to start a school that will provide holistic education using innovative teaching methodologies that is open to youth from the spectrum of the Kenyan society.
