This is the situational workshop of the Achieving Stellar Service® Experiences system. It places special emphasis on the business and hidden dimensions of service. On their way to becoming expert customer guides, participants will learn to tap into each others’ strengths and team up to solve customer challenges.
Participants also learn how to recognize that each customer is different and deserves to be treated with these differences clearly in mind.
