|Anne Ngethe - Chairman
Anne brings a wealth of professional experience and expertise in training and performance solutions to the TSL team. Over the last 20 years, she has delivered on engagements in team building, performance management, leadership and management, for organizations in the private and public sector. Under her leadership, the TSL brand has cut a niche for itself as the preferred service provider for major organizations in East Africa. Of equal importance to her is the opportunity to lead a team of young professionals to greatness; both personally and professionally.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration – MBA – (Moi University) – Majoring in Human Resource Development and a BSc degree in International Business Administration (USIU – Nairobi) – Marketing Option where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Anne also has a Diploma in Intermediate Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaches, is an Associate Member of the Academy and an accredited executive coach. She has also been certified in the United States of America as an advanced facilitator of Experiential Training.
Perhaps her achievements are largely reflected by her adventurous spirit. If not rock climbing, you’ll find her mountain climbing, bungee-jumping, white-water rafting or bike riding. Anne cherishes her multiple roles as a team leader, wife, mother and the amazing blessing of two precious grand children.
|Ken Mwindi - Managing Director
Ken is the Managing Director of TSL. He has extensive working experience in the financial services industry both in the US and Africa. Ken initially trained and qualified as a certified public accountant at KPMG in Nairobi, Kenya followed by a period in North America during which he then worked for KPMG International, Citi-Bank and Merrill Lynch investment banks handling transactions, due diligence, balanced scorecard implementation and other corporate finance type activities.
He has additionally been a key player in the establishment of a number of early stage successful local business ventures including successfully introducing a number of global brands to the region.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting degree from University of Nairobi and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York as well as in Kenya.
As the incoming MD of TSL, Ken is in-charge of formulating and executing the strategy for our training business.
|Claire Wanjiru Mwangi - Director
Shiru Mwangi has over 18 years experience in the financial services sector, having worked with Toronto Dominion Bank in NY in project finance, Citibank NA in Kenya and Tanzania within Global Markets, and Stanbic Bank as Executive Director Corporate and Investment Bank, as well as Regional Director Global Markets, covering East Africa and Mauritius.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Amherst College, USA and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. She is currently a non-executive Director on the boards of Heritage Insurance, CfC Life and Stanlib. She is also on the advisory Committee of 46 Parallels, a pan-African investment partnership. She runs Antennae Holdings, an Agribusiness firm, and is also a Director of Grove Limited.
|Maryanne Njuguna - Business Development Manager
Maryanne is our Business Development Manager. She has over 7 years’ experience in strategy and performance management, mainly in the financial services sector. Her specific areas of expertise include implementation of performance management frameworks such as the Balanced Scorecard, aligning business models and organisation structures to strategy, as well as managing implementation of strategic initiatives through programme management. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Maryanne is in charge of managing TSL client relationships, as well as marketing of our training programs.
|Lydia Mugo - Administration Manager
Lydia is our Administration Manager. She has over 6 years experience in Finance and Accounting practice. She has undertaken assignments in Finance and Accounting and specializes in Logistics and Trainings. She is experienced in financial reporting, statutory returns, reconciliations, inventory management and forecasts.
Ms. Mugo holds a Bachelors in Business and Management in Finance and Banking, certified CPA among other certifications.
|Samson Osangiri - Administrative Assistant
Samson is an Administrator and Sales assistant. In this position he coordinates administrative functions in the office and also provides sales support to the sales team, he is also in charge of organizing training materials for the facilitators. Samson has been with Training Solutions since 2011.
|Faith Muturi - Facilitator
Faith is also one of our associate facilitators. She is an exceptional communicator with an unrivalled ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and is resilient towards achieving set targets. She has a passion to play a role in societal transformation by facilitating forums which enhance awareness, discussions and deliberations on issues relevant to society. She has wide experience in training on personal as well as organisational development in Eastern Africa and Europe.
She has also attended a one year course in leadership: Maximizing one’s potential, success and failure, developing the leader within you, developing the leaders around you, Character development, Finances, Strategic planning and Personal growth with the Leadership Training Institute.
Faith holds a Bachelors Degree in International Business Administration with a Concentration in Management, minor in Psychology and holds an Executive Masters in Organisation Development from USIU.
|Pamela Yoga-Yieke - Facilitator
Pamela is an experienced trainer, facilitator, coach and management consultant, who has worked with diverse groups in the Corporate, N.G.O., and Government sectors for over 18 years. She has been an associate facilitator with Training Solutions Limited for the past two years and has been facilitating Presentation Skills; Training of Trainers; Leadership and Management; amongst other in house courses.
Pamela’s area of expertise is Self Development and Organizational Performance Improvement programs (behavioral & attitude change programs).
Pamela believes that as participants realize the power of attitude, they become more successful in their endeavors and their performance is greatly enhanced. That is why even though her educational background is banking, she has embarked on a journey that will see her qualify as an industrial psychologist.
Pamela loves to spend time with her 15 year old daughter Tess. Her hobbies include, reading, watching and listening to motivational material; listening to gospel music and watching sports.
|Benjamin Kamoye - Facilitator
Benjamin Kamoye is an accomplished trainer and facilitator in leadership and public governance matters. He has trained over three hundred leaders on different subjects such as Teamwork, Effective Communication, The Laws of Leadership, Etiquette, Interpersonal Skills among many others. He has also contributed heavily in the development of training materials on Change Management, Servant Leadership, Mentoring, Presentation Skills, to name a few.
His pleasant personality coupled with outstanding communication skills, posture and a mix of innate creative abilities enable him to customize role plays for different courses. This blend has endeared him to his audience as he delivers the message with great impact during outdoor team building exercises as well as indoor sessions.
Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Governance and studied Business Management for his Undergraduate. He has also attended other short courses. An astute entrepreneur, he is known for his business acumen and street wise wits. He has been featured as an entrepreneur in one of the dailies and was one of the finalists in the Entrepreneur Africa Show.
Benjamin is married to Edith and together they have a son, Tylon.
|Isaac-Newton Onyango - Facilitator
Isaac is one of our associate facilitators. He facilitates both the Finance courses/programs Non- Finance Managers and Personal Financial Management. He is a qualified accountant with over 13 years’ experience over half of which was acquired at KPMG.
Outside the office, Isaac is an ardent footballer. His striking prowess has been described as similar to that of the greats of old including Pele.
|Simon Kimuri - Facilitator
Simon Kamuri is one of our associate facilitators specifically focusing on Experiential Team Building. Simon is married and has three daughters. He has been a facilitator with TSL for the past 7 years.
Outside the office, Kamuri has a passion for environmental conservation, outdoor adventures and youth development. He is often involved in training youth in these areas on voluntary basis. He is an active member of his local community and is an elected secretary to local welfare group in his Nairobi residence. He is an active member of ACK St. Joseph of Arimathea church.
His current interests are in studying innovation management and developing entrepreneurship skills amongst youth and business practitioners. His one ambition is to start a school that will provide holistic education using innovative teaching methodologies that is open to youth from the spectrum of the Kenyan society.
|Stanley Mwalili - Facilitator
Stanley Mwalili is one of our associate facilitators. He specializes in Leadership, Management and Personal Effectiveness. Some of those programmes are Introduction to Management & Supervisory Skills, The Effective Office Administrator etc. He is also a skilled Balanced Scorecard facilitator.
Stanley graduated with a BSc. Horticulture degree from Egerton University in 1990. He was employed by Sasini Tea and Coffee Ltd as an assistant manager in 1991, and later as the Head of Crops Department at Farming Systems (K) Ltd. in Nakuru in 1992-1994. He went into full time pastoral ministry in Thika in 1995 and moved to Nairobi September the same as an assistant pastor. Mwalili founded and still oversees The Green Pastures Tabernacle in Nairobi in 1998.
A Master of Arts graduate in Leadership Studies (Nairobi International School of Theology) [NIST] and a Master of Business Administration candidate (Daystar University), Pastor Mwalili’s personal mission is to add value to individuals and organizations through capacity building. His deep passion for people and organizational development has seen him work with firms such as Value Plus Consultants Limited, He is also involved with a local Christian Media house, Family TV, as the Strategy and HR advisor.
Mwalili is widely travelled to several nations including Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa, Uganda, Rwanda, Israel, the Netherlands, UK, Mexico, Guatemala and the U.S.A. He is the producer and host of ‘The Shepherd & You’ a Christian television program that is aired twice a week on TBN Family Media. He is also featured weekly in a TV talk show “Cross Talk” on the same TV station. He is also the author of the book “Offended! Are You Bitter or Better?
Mwalili, his wife, Annah and 2 sons, Elishama Mumo (16) and Perez Mwendwa (12) currently live in Johannesburg, South Africa.
